Health and Fitness: Grab and Go

One thing on my to-do list before going to sleep is to get ready for the next day’s work out. It’s such a relief to avoid the stress of running around trying to find my workout gear in the morning, and once it’s all planned out the night before, the workout is more likely to happen. Take a few minutes the night before to gather everything you’ll need – clothing, sneakers, iPod, car keys, etc. Stash everything in a bag by the door, ready to grab and go. ....................
