Elan 2.0 is a Superb Hard Riding, Big Tire, Any Road, Anywhere, Adventure Touring Bike.

Is the updated Elan 2.0 an evolution or even a revolution of our adventure touring bike? We will let you decide! The Elan 2.0 is now more capable of your off road adventure. Versatility will always a big part of the Elan but now it has been improved for bigger load carrying and rougher terrain. The Elan 2.0 has updated geometry and now comes with Thru-Axles front and rear. We have moved the front/center more forward with an increase rake in the fork for more stability when fully loaded with all your gear.

Both the Elan 2.0 and Elan Vital 2.0 represent the modernization of the classic touring bike. They both share the same Geometry and CrMo Steel frame and able to accommodate a myriad of tires sizes to dial in the needs of your next adventure.

Shimano drivetrain with a GRX Adventure Crankset w 46/30T rings, paired with Shimano Tiagra 10 Speed shifters & 11-36T full range cassette. Shimano Mechanical Brakes that are easy to adjust, offer great modulation and have incredible stopping power.

The Elan is a terrific go anywhere touring or bike packing adventure bike.

The Elan 2.0 is equipped on the more rugged end of the Touring scale. Fitted with large volume tires and an aggressive off road Adventure Handlebar for incredible comfort, plenty of hand positions and lots or room for handlebar bags. Perfect for even the longest of routes handling everything from less than perfect pavement to loose and rough gravel.

The Elan 2.0 is an amazing Gravel Adventure touring bike. For those looking for the routes less traveled. For riders looking to plan back country circle routes like the Ontario COLT trail. Great for Bike-packers, Wilderness back country adventure seekers dreaming of the Trans Canada Trail or finding routes on the logging roads of the Pacific North West. Strong, Capable and Versatile

The updated Elan 2.0 still works as a classic touring bikes, just as lot more versatile. Equipped with Tubeless Ready 29 x 2.25” WTB RANGER COMP Fast rolling tires mounted to WTB ST Light rims and Shimano Tiagra Hub combo. These make for a comfortable ride on rough roads or light gravel ride. Plenty of grip off the pavement while still plenty fast on the pavement. If you need to go even bigger the frame will accommodate up to a 29 x 2.4” Tire !

The Elan 2.0 is your perfect partner for long distance touring, we have added a bit more room for frame bags and storage and left plenty of room for a rack and full size panniers out back.

We also made it Dropper Post compatible if you decide you need that too !

Adventure 2X drivetrain

The Elan 2.0 has a wide range of gearing that works just as well on the open highway as it does on the long gravel climbs even fully loaded with gear. The Shimano GRX-600 with 46/30 tooth rings is paired with an 11/36T cassette for loaded touring and a better than a 1:1 gear ratio for those long sustained climbs. The Tiagra 10 speed shift levers, front and rear Tiagra derailleurs, give you precise light action shifting.

Carry anything you need with all day comfort. 

Multiple mounting points and the frame and fork will both have triple water bottle mounts for cargo cages letting you fully expand your cargo carrying capacity. The Elan 2.0 can handle all your on and off road routes giving you great comfort yet still fast rolling to get you where you need to be on time.
