Health and Fitness: Postural Corrections? Move!!

What can lead to postural problems, and therefore the little aches and pains that we experience throughout the day, can often stem from us being in one position for too long.  The longer we stay in this position (hunched over a desk, driving a truck, or even healthy endeavors like riding a bike!) the more the position becomes engrained.  No matter what you’re doing, try to break it up every 15-20mins with a shift in position, and reset your posture to its proper form – sit and stand proud! ....................
